First off, appointment was scheduled for 31 Dec 2021 and we had called on 30 Dec...super quick! Then our tech showed up (who is an Alabama Fan) doing all he could to connect our Wi-Fi to fix our lift master wall stations (with the game starting). Did it detour him the game was on no but he couldn't fix it since it might be Mediacom issue. Nonetheless Turner was trying everything he could. Unfortunately it's a process and atleast we have started it. Thank you for the fast service

We purchased a new garage door and had a wonderful experience with the sales associate Brian York and the installer Colby Cox. Both employees were very knowledgeable,professional and friendly. They are a great asset to the company. We also received great customer service from the office employees. We are very pleased with our new garage door and highly recommend Precision Doors.
